I had a friend tell me once ''I am going to get a gym membership so I can do what I always go, never go.'' Despite my physique, my fitness and diet resembles a lot of my clients. I take two steps forward and three steps back. I do not believe in suffering in order to have the body I want. That being said, the body I was is an unrealistic expectation set by our society. Ultimately, I do not like the words fitness and diet. Nourish and move is more appropriate. Movement and heart health and food as medicine is so important. Do I love pizza? guilty and Ice cream is the accomplice. As long as I do not get down on my self for indulging - I'll continue my goal of overall health and happiness.

I think every one is a little bit of both. I love to travel and so I was up until COVID hit. Perhaps COVID has reminded us that there is no good answer to this question. We live in a world that is so fast paced - We are encouraged to work and follow our careers which usually requires us to not spend time at home. Now, with COVID, given the oppurtunity to spend time at home I think we our rediscovering what we love most about being in our own space.

More personally, I work on striking a balance. Despite the carrot stick situation in which we work hard to pay for a home we do not spend enough time at... Ultimately, home is a feeling. Anyone can have a house but how does it make me feel? There is a difference between isolarion and solitude. If I do not like hanging out with my self then why would I want to spend time at at my home? I guess there is no real answer to this question.

I’m relatable. Not because I seek approval or Altar who I am in order to connect with others. Rather, I know how to express myself. My confidence Does not come from something I was born with but more so my lack of self-esteem in my whole life… And the journey I’ve had an order to become what I am.It’s the setbacks other than that make me relatable. Is the contrast of pain, that gives me the ability to have the most robust fun experiences with others
