RentMen: What kind of diet and fitness regime do you follow?
BUFFEDBRAX: I weight train everyday for at least 1 hour.
I split it up by training 1 body part per session.
For example -

Mon - Arms
Tues - Quads/Calfs
Wed - Chest
Thurs - Abs
Fri - Hammy's/Glutes
Sat - Shoulders
Sun - Back

I also do cardio everyday. Every day I go for a 40 power walk. I also try and fit in some interval sprints or bike work a few times a week.

My diet is quite strict 6 days a week then I have 2 or 3 cheat meals generally on Sunday's.

Something like this

Meal 1
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup oats on water with raw nuts and cinnamon

Meal 2
150 grams chicken tenderloin
100gram broccoli

Meal 3
150 grams kangaroo
100 grams broccoli

Meal 4
200 grams beef
300 grams sweet potato

Meal 5
150 grams chicken tenderloin
1 cup brown rice

Meal 6
200 grams salmon
300 grams broccoli

Meal 7 (before bed)
4 whole eggs

I also drink 6-9 liters of water every day

Sunday I will keep 3 of my meals the same and then the other 3 or 4 I will eat what ever I have been craving that week. Pizza, burgers, pasta, ice cream what ever it may be :)


In saying that if I'm out for dinner during the week I will have what ever i feel like 👍
