Recurring Payment Agreement

Frequency of Payments

An automatic recurring payment in the range provided to you in writing, electronically, will be made every month (“Monthly Payment”) for an unlimited period of time until cancellation by your side for the monthly renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis. The Monthly Payment will be initiated 2 days before the expiration of your monthly subscription.

Automatic Recurring Payment Failure

If your automatic recurring payment is declined, we will make 2 more payment attempts in the next 2 consecutive days, and in case they are failed as well, your subscription will be terminated. We may permanently restrict your ability to use a certain payment method if that payment method fails multiple times.

Important: If your Automatic Recurring Payment fails, you may need to update your account with another payment method or contact your card issuer for further assistance. If no payment is made by the expiration date of your membership, your service may be suspended or cancelled.

Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment

You have the right to withdraw your consent to this Automatic Recurring Payment at any time. You can do this from your account settings or send a request to our Your request to cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment may take up to 24 hours to take effect, if sent to the customer service administration.

Re-establishing Automatic Recurring Payment

If you wish to re-establish your Automatic Recurring Payment, you need to set up a new membership subscription from your account settings and provide your consent for the recurring payments.

Updating Your Payment Method

If you would like to change the credit or debit card that is used for your Automatic Recurring Payment, you must authorise the recurring payment with the new credit or debit card by adding the new payment method from your account settings. This way your future recurring payments will be initiated with the new credit/debit card and the previous one will no longer be billed.

Storing of card details

RM Media GmbH is compliant with PCI DSS, Level 2 Merchant, audited by Qualified Security Assessor and the card details are stored according to the PCI DSS Standards.

Access to Agreement

To access this Agreement in the future through the website, go to the home page footer navigation and select “Recurring Payment Agreement”. Please print/save a copy of this Agreement for future reference.

Electronic Authorization

This Agreement is not transferable and must be agreed to by the person authorised on the Website account and following the authorization process. For any changes to the agreement, you will be notified by email or text to your telephone.

Notifications

At the time of enrolment, we will send you an electronic copy (i.e., email or SMS) of the terms and conditions of the subscription service, which will include the following:

  • Confirmation that you have agreed to a subscription, unless you cancel.
  • Information about the start date and the next billing date of the subscription.
  • Details about the purchased service(s).
  • Information about the amount of the transaction.
  • Link to your account settings where you can cancel the future recurring payments.

You will receive advance notice at least 24 hours prior to every recurring payment and for any changes in the terms regarding your recurring payments.

You will receive a post-payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments.

Statement Of Agreement

By providing my credit or debit card information (“Payment Method”), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorise to charge the full amount required for my subscription plan (once every month or more frequently as described) to the specified Payment Method; and I authorise the financial institution for the Payment Method specified above to charge or debit my bank card and remit payment for my subscription to .

I authorise to store the card details on file, including a truncated version of the stored credentials, i.e. last 4 digits of the account number.

I hereby agree to the subscription, unless I personally cancel it.

I hereby agree that the start date of the subscription is the date of successful payment.

I hereby agree to the recurring transaction amount and that the billing frequency is monthly where every subsequent recurring charge will be made 2 days before the end of my monthly subscription.

This authorisation will remain in effect until I cancel my recurring payments or give a notification to , as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.
